  • While we do have a minimum square footage to cut into a new slab, we charge by the square foot. Therefore, if you are using one of our stock stones, you are only paying for the stone you use. If your project is smaller than our minimum, we have a wide array of remnants to select your new piece.

  • We got you covered. We can select a stone from one of our many warehouses in the greater Austin Area. We can have that sent to us for fabrication. Once we have your selected stone, we will fabricate it, in house and deliver it to your home.

  • We pride ourselves in our communication with our clients. Once you give us the green light, you will receive a “Welcome” email. This will lay out your timeline and what to expect. Our Scheduling department will reach out to schedule your demo day, and any other necessary appointments with you. From that point on you will be assigned a representative that will keep you informed throughout the duration of your project.

  • Absolutely. We have a design team that will take your remodel concept and input the concept into our design software to show you a 3D rendering of your space. This is an exciting way to show you how our remodel services can freshen up your new space.

  • Depending on the size of your project, we try to keep your down time to a minimum. For an average countertop job, we can be in and our in 4 to 5 days. If you have a larger remodel project, you can expect to be out of pocket for a week or more. We understand you will want your space back, so we make every effort to get your job completed as soon as possible, without sacrificing accuracy and quality workmanship.

  • This is up to you. If you like your layout and want to freshen up your current cabinets, you can always keep them. If you are looking to remodel your layout our functionality, we suggest you upgrade your cabinets. We have several options when it comes to choosing new cabinets. We work with several manufactures to give you a wide array of colors, styles and layouts. As always, we will walk you through this decision process.

  • Seams are joints where two pieces of stone meet. Although these stone slabs are large, most countertop applications require a seam. If your remodel design has curves, arches or long spans of countertop space, we will make sure the seam is strategically placed. Our seams are well executed to make them as subtle as possible.

  • To insure proper measurement and cutout size verification, we need your fixtures and appliances on site.

  • We always recommend you to seal your countertops with a sealant. We will send you to the appropriate spot to get this done. As far as daily care and protection, we recommend cleaning your stone with a neutral cleaner such as dish soap and warm water. Avoid using harsh chemicals and avoid any abrasive cleaners.

  • While stone countertops are very hardy, they will stain. All natural stones have a minimal level of porosity. Sealers protect, but don’t completely prevent staining. Sealants act as a moisture barrier. They offer a significant window of time to wipe any accidental spills.
