Our Warranty
WARRANTY: Upon final payment by Customer only, Granite Radiance warrants to Customer (or Customer's end-user if Customer is a reseller) the workmanship of its fabrication and installation of countertops for a period of one year from installation. GRANITE RADIANCE MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. This warranty does not cover the physical characteristics of the stone. Granite does not have flex strength and should never be stepped on or sat upon. This warranty does not cover any structural shift or extreme pressure. Items should not be placed on the stone (i.e. tool box) which could result in damage to the granite, or cause it to scratch, crack, or chip. If you are having other workers in the home, please instruct them NOT to use your new countertops as a workbench. Any damage resulting after proper installation of an acceptable product shall be deemed to have occurred through no fault of Granite Radiance and any resulting charges will be the responsibility of the builder, contractor, or homeowner.
